RECORDING STUDIO
Lorena’s home recording
studio offers high-definition recording and surround sound mixing services
using industry-standard audio equipment (Apogee Symphony
I/O) and software (Pro Tools HD). She owns a wide range of high-end microphones
and studio monitors (Genelec). Professional quality audio samples and loops are
also available.
MUSIC COMMISSIONS
As a composer/arranger, Lorena provides custom-composed
music services and songwriting services
for local and online
clients. As an independent music producer, she accepts
commissions to compose, record and produce commercial music for use in radio advertising
and television.
LATIN STYLES
Lorena’s wide knowledge
of Latin genres includes music from the Spanish Caribbean, Central and South America,
the Andes, Mexico and Spain. Latin styles range from traditional (folkloric) to
modern (urban/pop), e.g., huayno, carnavalito, joropo, cumbia, plena, merengue,
Latin ska, reggaeton, etc.
TRANSCRIPTIONS
Lorena offers
professional transcription services. Lead sheet or full transcription in PDF
Format. Transcription and engravement of your music is completed with Finale music
notation software.
STUDIO MUSICIAN
Lorena is available to do
session work. Contact her about your recording project. She
will provide you with a professional guitar track for your album. Guitar styles
include classical, Spanish and Latin.
COMPOSING EXPERIENCE
Lorena composed, recorded and
produced two 15-track instrumental albums commissioned by the international TV
Sports Network ESPN: Latin Ska Sounds (2009) & Latin Big Beat Sounds
